What is Text-To-Speech
Text to Speech (TTS) is a conversion of an SMS message to a voice call in near-real time.
Customer sends a text message that gets delivered to TTS Telecom network via a standard protocol.
TTS uses its proprietary algorithm to generate a call to the end user.
End user receives a call from a registered clean number and will hear the text that is read to him twice.
The text will be prepended with a warning message that this is an SMS to ensure the intended conversion.

If you received 100,000 messages from a customer, this is what the cost structure is going to look like
Traditional SMS:
SMS 0.009 x 100,000 = $900
Surcharges: .003 x 50,000 = $150
DLR charge: 100%
Total: $1050
TTS SMS:
SMS 0.005 x 100,000 = $500
Surcharges: $0
DLR : 80%
Total: $400
How To Connect
There is no difference in how the customer is connected to TTS SMS. There are 2 ways we work with our customers:
